| It sounds like everything is under control. I am still watching and waiting more updates. Hopefully, she will have them before evening so that you can get some rest. |

| I feel so bad for her. She did eat this afternoon but refussed her dinner and usually she wants to hand around the table at dinner time but not tonight she wanted to potty and go right back to the playpen. That is the first time she has refussed food in weeks. Of course we had our trow up early in the day and she has been have contractions all day but I have not timed them. Now she has what looks like clear liquid coming out and it just sitting there with her ears down and looking at me so pittifully as if to say "why won't you do something"

| Is she having strong contractions? The liquid, does it have any color to it at all? Is she pushing? |

| They seem pretty strong. Tummy is shaped funny and it is hard. Puppies no longer seem to be on the sides but more toward the center. I checked the liquid and it isn't a lot like ran onto the bed but is there and is totally clear. No she is not pushing. just being very quiet and looking pittifull.

| Definitely in the delivering stages then from what you are describing. If she starts pushing and doesn't produce a puppy within 1 hour, I would get the emergency vet on the phone immediately. My vet told me not to watch over her like a hawk as that can delay the activity, but keep an eye on her too. I know it's difficult. |

| It sounds like her water bag broke. I would think she should have pups within a few hours. |

| Right now she is in her playpen here right next to me and I was thinking about taking her out to sit with her on let her whelp snuggled on the couch with some washable pee pads but now I don't know if I should or if I should just leave her in there. She keeps getting up it seems like every few minutes to pee.

| That would be the pressure of the puppies. I would leave her in the pen as long as you can get to her and help with breaking the sacks if you need to. |

| There isn't a lot of liquid, just a trickle. I am waiting for her to throw up what she ate this afternoon. I need to go now and make her whelping pudding. I should have done it sooner and now it won't have time to set...any ideas there?

| I would wait until the whelping is over to make it. You want to make sure that you are around in the event that something (and I pray it doesn't) go wrong. You may need to assist. |

| I wanted to able to give it during incase she needed the calcium or energy. I have nutrical and just now realized that I only have a few tums left that are ultra 1000 max strength. I am so worried about her energy and calcium through this.

| Honestly, I have never worried like this before. At what point should hse need it and if she eats the cottage cheese now, will she throw it up?
