My tiny that was born first doesn't seem to know how to latch on.
Any ideas other that just opening up for her. I've done that and she
clamps down and then releases again.

You could try putting a little karo syrup on the moms teats. She really should be checked for a cleft palate because if she has a cleft palate she will not be able to latch on. Have you been trying to bottle feed her?

I also started a thread for this:
Yes I checked for cleft. She appears normal.
I just talked with vet and he thought it was possible that her tougne was swelled that she was not latching on well.
I got a little of moms milk into her along with a supplement of Pro-biolac replacer milk from the vet. She took that well.
Hopefully it will give her enough strenght to latch on soon.
