| X-Rays Completed Well we had the x-rays done this morning. According to the vet, I do have my date wrong. We are going to have 5-6 puppies according to the x-ray. Also, he said that he could see the bones of the legs, which means that she is 55-57 days along. This would put her a week further along than I had originally thought. Looks like we will be on puppy watch sometime within the week. I took her temp this morning and it was 99.9 and again 2 hours later and it was 100.6. I thought she lost her mucus plug last night, but he looked at her this morning and said that everything looked okay and she didn't look like she was in labor. I knew that already, but told him to check just to make sure it wasn't the normal discharge that they have. I'm so excited and nervous. I have everything ready. I'm just praying for a safe and happy delivery. |
