gloria FIRST OF ALL I AM NOT HER DAUGHTER. SECOND I KNOW WHAT HER KENNELS LOOK LIKE BECAUSE SHE SENT ME PICTURE,I TOLD YOU WE GOT TO BE EMAIL FRIENDS BECAUSE OF THE LOSS OF MY PUPPY THAT WAS BORN FROM HER FEMALE BIILY JOE. ALSO ON HER FIRST WEB SITE IT SHOWED THE CAGES AND SLOPING ROOFS. AGAIN NO ANIAMAL ABUSE. AND BY THE WAY YORKES IN FL ARE NOT 400-TRY MORE LIKE 850-1500. NOW i HAVE TWO YORKIES FROM A LOCAL BREEDER. MY MALE WHICH CAME HIGHLY RECOMENDED IS 2 YEARS OLD AND IS AT STAGE ONE OF KNEE CAP PROBLEMS. SO EVEN THE "GOOD BREEDERS" HAVE PRBLEMS IN THEIR LINE. |

I sure don't want to get in the middle of this argument...I just wanted to say that I just went to her website. Oh my goodness, when you click on Yorkies, the two pictures of the Yorkies that she has available tells the whole story. It makes me very, very sad. I can see how anyone would feel the need to rescue or save these poor babies. If the pictures of the "sheds" are where these babies are raised, I can't imagine anyone trying to defend what these people are doing. As I look down at my two little ones, fast asleep in their little beds next to me, it makes me want to cry for those babies that will never know the warmth of someone's kiss goodnight. Shame on them.... |

However, a potential pet buyer specifically looking for a cheap yorkie is a huge red flag for me. Why? Well, bets are that if something happens they are not going to be able to afford a Vet bill or don't want to pay a big Vet bill or want to surrender it because it ends up costing way more to own and care properly for one than what they paid buying one cheap. I sold a pup about 7 years ago didn't ask a lot of money but felt very confident with the buyers and their dog ownership history. Two weeks after they got him he jumped off the side of a chair broke a front leg. My instincts were right, they had him properly vetted and leg fixed to the tune of $2000. |
Why is anyone even responding to this stuff? If you know it's a puppymill and or BYB and someone is defending it then there is no use arguing with someone that can't see the truth and who is blind.... Donna Bird Brooklynn's Yorkshire Terriers |

I have been contacted a few times by people whose first question is "how much are they" or "do you have any puppies under $300?" I have had people justsay, "I want a cheap or free Yorkie, can you help me?" I always point them to local Yorkie rescues and move on. BUT - people like that are easy prey for a Miller - it's like buying a new pair of shoes or something. |
HEY WALNUT HILS BREEDER. YOU SOUND LIKE A PUPPY MILL-JUST WENT ON YOUR SITE. YOU BRRED DOGS SO YOU CAN STAY AT HOME,JUST LIKE GLORIAS DAUGHTER. YOUR DOGS ARE ACA REG MOST PUPPY MILLS USE THAT REGESTERY. BECAUSE AKC ONLY LETS THE MALE STUD OUT 6 LITTERS IN HIS LIFE TIME OR 3 IN ONE YEAR. YOU ALSO DO NOT SHOW ON YOU WEBSITE THE ADULT BREEDER DOGS YOU HAVE. HMMM...........SEEMS FISHY TO ME:thumbdown |

And you can believe me I know what I´m saying - I have raised and shown persian cats for over 15 years. So tell us here no nonsense about breeding!!!!!!!!!! And an inbreeding is not done permanently from the responsible breeder, he makes this only once or twice and then he use an outcrossing! |

Our males are DNA profiled with the AKC, as required by the "frequently used sires" program. If you had been on here long enough to know, I post pics of our adults sometimes, and I email them whenever anyone asks. Plus, people can come see them if they like. Someone has to be with the dogs here full time - it's a lot of work to keep a clean, organized kennel, keep proper records, train and socialize puppies, etc. My husband makes a large income, I didn't go back to work because I didn't want the stress of all of it after having our second child. But, I wanted to do something to keep my mind working (I didn't get a Master's degree for nothing, LOL). We have one male that is ACA registered. Unfortunatlety, the breeder we got him from was not honest with us about his papers, and when we sent in his AKC registration, the litter had been cancelled. But, he has an excellent temperment, and so we still occasionally breed him - plus, his puppies are absolutely georgeous! |

I´m a quiet and friendly person but when I read such a nonsense about breeding from a person who thinks she must attack other Breeders (like WalnutHill) I will be very angry:mad:. Every breeder who takes care of his dogs and feels responsible for them knows that this is absolutely stupid! |
