Yes, I did and I also spoke to the 2 rescues during all of this too. So I'm not sure what you are talking about. All I'm doing is stating what YOU POSTED! I am not causing a circus.

No actually she is involved in a LEGITIMATE rescue and this entire thing with you defending Maxine/yourself is crazy! Administration has closed more than one thread about this woman and the circuses involved in your rehoming efforts of her behalf. Just not good IMO

Well I feel like they are all blaming me in some way. I had nothing to do with any of this. I only kept in touch with this breeder to update her on my Mickey and to help her rehome those Yorkies, It broke my heart to see them rehomed after useing them for breeding. I dont agree with giving breeding rights with her pups. But these are not my dogs and I have tried talking to her about that. as I stated before.But I wont post and bash her either. why she gave her pups away with breeding rights I dont know. and Im very sad that the lady who got that female was breed so young and being so small. im also very sad that where her one pup went. but it has nothing to do with me.I didnt do it. I have only tried to rehome the dogs that need homes. is that so wrong?

A LEGITIMATE rescue ? what are you talking about now? Maxine has never done me wrong. and the only reason admin has closed more then one thread about this women Is because they was my threads on rehomeing the Yorkies, and I asked for them to be closed, so dont try acting like they got closed for other reasons please.

I am a rescuer...and I will NOT help breeders in such a way. That is only being a part of the problem.
I realize some rescuers do it, but count me OUT on that one.
I have very strong feelings about what happens to this breed and any other one...it just so happens this is my chosen breed...and I will speak up whenEVER I see them being neglected or abused in any way.
I am their advocate...the poor babies do not have any other voice than those of people who truly love them.

You come onto YT and offer dogs from Maxine then you sure the heck will BE HELD accountable. You are an ENABLER to her breeding irresponsible breeding pracitces and actions when you come to this forum and try to GIVE AWAY YORKIES. There is no denying this it is in black and white.

I do have personal experience with this breeder, as I've mentioned in this thread and in the past. Camden came from Maxine.
She had bred her, the litter didn't make it and she had her spayed and was looking to rehome her.
My experiences and my opinions are that she did not with Camden and from pictures I've seen of others provide proper medical or grooming care.
I would never expect a responsible, caring breeder to neglect and treat a dog the way Camden was treated. I have pictures and vet bills that clearly show and prove how she took care of her, or I should say DIDN'T take care of her.
As relieved as I was that some of the dogs were turned over to rescue and found loving homes, it just further proves in my mind that once her dogs that have made her money are of no use to her, she really doesn't care what happens to them or where they go.
Whether she knew this breeder was mixing breeds or not doesn't make a bit of difference to me. She knew she was a breeder and going to breed very small females. She did no research as to what type of breeder she was before selling her and/or her mother 4 dogs.
I've read breeders on here all the time that turn down people for their puppies because they don't think it's the right fit. If someone who is a breeder wanted four of my dogs, I would make sure it was a breeder that was breeding for the betterment. She didn't do that and that in my opinion shows lack of any concern about what happens to her dogs.
Camden was an abused dog, she was abused because she was sick and didn't get any treatment, she was in pain and didn't get any treatment. She was emotionally abused. She didn't know affection, she didn't have any socialization skills and was one scared and skittish Yorkie.
Her treatment of the dogs in her care and her lack of concern about the placement of her puppies or retired dogs disgusts me. She should have stuck with her original plan and retired from breeding.
I realize this thread was started about another breeder, but I'm glad it's spotlighting both. I hope enough people will read and educate themselves and not buy dogs and/or puppies from either of them.
I get so worked up because it brings me back to the day we got Camden and I cry just thinking about how sick & sad she was.
I could never be a breeder myself, but I wish that all breeders were good, responsible, loved their dogs and treated them as family. If they don't, they shouldn't be breeding and I am all for getting the word out!

So you are a rescuer and you would not take in any older Yorkie looking for a home. how sad.
This is my chosen breed too, but I would not over look any breed or mix if they needed a home. I WILL HELP THEM find one.
But thats just it have you seen this breeder neglecting or abuseing? you dont know her so how can you even say?
if some one seen her yorkies neglected or abused yes please stand up. but you dont even know this breeder.

Well, before this thread gets closed - I just want to say that I started this thread because I was upset about the mixbreeding that this Mary Carter was doing. She also used the names of some very well known CH Yorkie breeders. I was upset with that. As all of this unraveled other names surfaced. It was never my intention to hurt anyone - only to bring to light the misuse of someone's good name and life's work. I don't know what can be done but I do hope that this Maxine uses her lawyer to try to get those Yorkies back.

Debbie I know what you were trying to do - it was never about you. You don't have control over her... but I really feel strongly about her lack of honor. I'm just upset about the babies.

What are you talking about? I take in old ones all of the time. I don't enable back yard breeders.

LOl Your funny. and wasnt you one of the ones who jumped right in asking for her number because you wanted a free Yorkie. but really they was only free if you got them fixed thats where the money went for the dog.
yes I tried to help rehome her Yorkies, they deserved it. they needed for ever homes and I helped in finding them. there is no law that states one can not give away adog. are you mad because you dint get one?

Thank You! We really never expected to find ourselves in that situation, but we feel blessed that we have her. That we rescued her and gave her a new life!

I just want people to know our story and hopefully it will educate them to go to responsible breeders that love and care for their dogs properly!

I too know that Debbie was trying to do the right thing for the dogs. We wouldn't have Camden if I hadn't read her post on YT and I'm thankful that I did. I know that you have rescued and rehomed dogs and that you love Yorkies.
I'm very glad that your Mickey is healthy and I know you adore him. You were fortunate.
She's not in control of Maxine or what she does with her dogs. I really wish she could be convinced to retire from breeding like she was going to though, present and future dogs would benefit!

You know Ive talked to you many times about Camden. and Im so happy you got her. You know how I felt about those Yorkies that went to rescue, you even tried to help me find good forever homes for them. Only you know how you got Camden. I do remember you talking about her needing groomed and the ear and eye infection. and I do know that The rescue shaved the ones they took in. I dont know about all of them, but I do know some of them was shaved. I also know one needed dental work or a cleaning or some thing. But I also remember maxine did have their shots up to date and was up front about the one needing its teeth cleaned. I took pictures of some of her Yorkies when trying to rehome them. But I cant tell ones health by that. But what I saw on the rescue site after they was took in that none had any health problems and that they all found good homes. and thats all I care about.
