I'm concerned it's been 2 hrs since we had an update...does it take this long to birth puppies?

It can take a while that's for sure! Sometimes it's a huge wait between puppies and sometimes they are all shot out in minutes. You just never know. Plus she might be watching to make sure they are ok before updating us all. Come on we are all chomping at the bit! How is it going?

Hello everyone. Still no puppies. She is taking her time. She hasn't gone into hard labor but is having mild contractions. I sure hope she progresses to hard labor soon. So for now it is just a waiting game.

Are you sure she was having contractions, maybe she is just fooling us all! I hope all is well over there, I know how it is to be stressing and on the edge of your seat waiting all tired-eyed and deprived of a good nights sleep!

We have a little boy!! Born at 2:55am weighing in at 4 and 3/8 ounces.
