5 pounds 4 ounces. the daddy is 4 pounds 2 ounces - but he is very tall. Everyone comments that he looks like a yorkie on stilts.

Aww, thanks Sonya. I do get very excited about newborn yorkies...or yorkie anything for that matter. It's driving me crazy the waiting for the day that Halle and Toby can have their first litter. I'm still waiting on Halle's 1st

You read my mind. I figured since she hasn't posted for a while, she MUST be busy with a new puppy. She wouldn't just leave us here waiting! That would be mean. lol

Maybe she had to take her to the vet. I hope everything is okay. I will be here a while and will keep checking in to see if everything is okay.

Oh My - my computer went dead! Ugggghhhhh - we are still waiting. Not one puppy yet. She pushes about really hard for about 30 seconds every 15 minutes. between pushes - she sleeps. She did just get up to go potty. We are about to call the vet - it is getting to be way too long.

Here I am as promised, checking in for a puppy update.

Gosh, nothing :confused: The last post sounded as if she was about to whelp a pup! I will assume it was then a long night inbetween pups and the OP just got to busy and tired to check in. I will check back after work for more news.

Prayers coming your way in hopes that all went/is going well.

Hello all. We ended up having to section her in the middle of the night. After first one born without incident her labor slowed and stopped, then she broke the presenting bag of number two. We have two boys and two girls, heading to vet again now to see them. Will keep you posted, thanks again.

Congratulations on the litter. Sorry she had to have a c-section, but it happens to the best of us. How much did the puppies weigh?
