| Color Ok, this is so confusing to me!!! The sire of our litter of 8 puppies is Black & Tan....while the dam is Blue & Gold. How do you know what the puppies will be...help...I need to fill out the registration papers....what do I put. Thanks for your help!!!!

| You probably wont know until they start breaking color around 12 to 6 weeks of age. Have the two been bred before? What did they produce? If there is no track record and you know what each one turned out to be, then you wont know until much late what color they will stay.
