well she started pushing actively about 30 min ago, still no pup...i am getting worried....

Don't let her actively push for more than 2 hours other than that she's probably fine. The first is hard work. If she doesn't seem to be in distress and things are moving along try to stay calm. She can sense your unease and she'll do better if she can focus. It won't be too long now.

thanks that makes me feel better. she does better when i am not next to her so i think you are rght...im just going to sit a little bit from her and watch not so closely..

she decided she didnt want to have them in the wehlping box, so she is trying to have them in the box i have made up for the puppies with the heating pad used to put them in

i only see one now, its out slighty i want to grab it and pull it but im afraid the sac will break and it go back in

I don't want to scare you.. but watch her closely.. 2 at once can clog up her birth canal and put both babies in danger as well as mom. As they are coming out, you may have to assist so they don't get stuck

Try to avoid pulling.. just be ready as she is pushing. If it comes out enough to hold onto so it doesn't go back in. You need to be very gentle with her.. Just talk calmly to her and help guide the puppy out if she needs the help.

you definitely want to avoid breaking the sac before the puppy is out

first pup out, female. shes hasnt made any noise but she seems to be breathing ok and color is good

it was two sacs showing before she pushed the first pup out, one is hanging out, nothing in it though, im afraid shes going to break it before she pushes it out
