ceasar49: I am sorry but if you read my reply to the user you quoted, well consider it addressed to you too. Some people need to pick a fight about everything! Both you and the person I emailed! |

I agree 100% with you!! However I do feel the reply was rude and uncalled for. If the person was that upset about someone questioning their breeding practices, they could have responded nicer or not responded at all rather than what they did. |
Some people need to pick a fight sorry:) dont mean to be rude... but sometimes i am..:p i was just agreeing:aimeeyork |
[QUOTE=Olivier;2055123]You should change your dictionary , harrassing is not the meaning of asking a simple question .[/QUOTE For what purpose, other than harrassment, would the OPs email to the breeder have been made? It struck me about as useful as asking a person why they're fat or Jewish. |

More drama.... I have to wonder about this opening post. Did you really think you would get a *Pat on the back* here on YT for writing this woman? ........ While I DONT like her language at all. Did you expect her to be nice to you? We ALL have an opinion about things in life. But it is not nice for us to try to force those on others. While I do not like the term "designer dogs" Its very offensive to read beautiful dogs being called "mutts" Again...that's just someone's opinion.... I hope you think twice before writing someone like this again.... Have a great day all :) |

Well this is going to be a hot topic but I'm going to go ahead and put my 2 cents in - hopefully in a respectful manner. If this lady is going to post her breeding practices on the internet then she should be prepared to hear comments or questions about it... she's putting it out there for the whole world to see. I don't know if this is the same lady but I saw one that had 6 different breeds that she was breeding together. SIX! That is not for anything but money! I have seen so many distorted looking dogs that have been interbred lately - it's sad. I saw a Boston Terrier and a Beagle that looked like they were on stilts! People who know nothing about breeding should NOT breed on purpose - the reason I believe this is because you can bet that they are not testing for any faults that those particular dogs may have and they are only furthering the faults in the offsprings they are producing. This causes alot of heartache for people who end up with these dogs and alot of dogs that have health problems later in life. I understand that mixed breeds are loved and wanted and some are so darn cute... but leave that to the people that know what they're doing. If people want to start a new breed, there are proper ways of going about it - and I doubt that she is. JMO... |
Oh, I forgot to say that while I know that pound/shelter animals are not for everyone - as long as people keep breeding for no other reason but to breed - that is where alot of them are ending up. Have you watched what happens to these dogs when they're in shelters? It's horrific! Below are a couple of sites that haunt me... please check them out. Puppy MIlls - Prisoners of Greed Lawrence County Humane Society Abuse and Adoption Center I believe in spaying & neutering your pets. |
