I feel as you do the Health Screening is a different issue. I also think us Breeders will get the blame if we spay/neuter to early and then the puppies end up with health issues from us spaying/neutering to early. I think you both are right...We're damned if we do and damned if we don't. AMEN on "Those that think breeding is easy...think again...we are all still learning.
