Senior Yorkie Talker | Breeder in Virginia Chantailly Lace Yorkies I've met a wonderful woman recently named Chantel and she shows a few of her Yorkies. I've been to her home and she has a clean big beautiful home and wonderful family. She raises her Yorkies in her home with loving care. Her Yorkies are registered with AKC but she registers her puppies with CKC (Continental Kennel Club) which I thought was strange but she said she's protecting herself because a woman she trusted with a puppy and Ch. show Yorkie backstabbed her and started breeding with her Ch. show Yorkie without her permission racking in tons of money because she was charging so much for the puppies. Does the registration of a Yorkie really matter? I know that AKC is the best, and Continental isn't a very reputable club but I don't have any plans on breeding or showing as I will be getting my puppy neutered/spayed. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! |

| I met Chantel at a show last year, she seemed very nice. My dogs are dual registered with AKC and UKC as I show in both. I don't know much about CKC that isn't negative but I would go with the breeder and the dog and not worry about registry since you are looking for a wonderful pet and not a show dog.
