| i have never used it for my puppies but it is supposd to protect their little tummies if you start feeding them early. Their little digestive systems are not mature enough to handle food. |

| i don't think you need it on a newborn. it is used when puppies start eating regular dog food unless I am mistaken. The puppy supplement is what you should feed them every hour or two. You also need to get some Nutri Drops |

| It is for newborns or weaning puppies. Here is the instrutions to on administering it to the puppy. Good luck with you pups!! Newborns: Administer 1/2 gm at birth, 1/2 gm on days 3, 5, 7, and at weaning. For hand fed orphans increase to 1 gm on days 7 and 14 and at the introduction of solid food. Administer 1 gm when intestinal upset or appetite loss occurs.

| I give Benebac to all new born puppies after they are warm dry and nursing and a few times the first week ,also given at weaning or any stressful period for them. |
