Thanks Sandy!!! I was really nervous but I saved all the nervousness after she had them, I know she needed me. I just didn't want to do anything that would hurt them so I had to call the vet to get a quick response. Everyone was so nice and helpful. She didn't want to bust open the bags and the cord stayed inside of her and the puppy was on the outside. 3 of them were dry and the other 3 had bags still on them. I just hope the little male does okay.

Is the little guy nursing? Did you get some canned puppy milk? Did you weigh the pups? I think it's very important to make a chart and weigh them everyday for the first couple of weeks. How's Fancy doing? I have lots of questions - talk to me.

You are doing such a Great Job keeping everyone informed. I am really impressed. :thumbup: It's so much easier to see, and understand where we are at with the puppies. Thank you so much.

Hi Lady's I have some good news and some bad news.
I just got back from the vet. We had to do a c-section. One of the last two pups was positioned in a ball and not able to be born. We did lose her:(. But we did save the other girl. So we have a boy and a girl. I am so glad we went when we did. Vet said if we waited any longer we could have lost both of the girls.
Mamma is doing good still a little groggy. THis is the first time I have ever had to go through this and I truly dont wish it on anyone.
Bless everyone for all your help and support. I will get pictures later and try to post them in the nursery.

I am here..thanks for asking.. and still on baby watch.. her temp dropped from 98 to 96.6 at noon today.. so hopefully this week end..I have the vet aware of temp in case I need him. and I am now getting anxious.. also trying to keep up on this thread and what is happening..

oh my I am so glad you got to the vet when you did.. and bless you for this hard day.. so glad you have two babies..I have been watching this thread.. as I am also at the waiting stage now...(((((hugs to you)))) anne

Sue, congratulations on your two new puppies. I am so sorry for the loss of the little girl. I know how stressed you must feel. I pray that mom and babies will do well.

I'm so sorry for the tiny soul that didn't make it. It makes it all a bit bittersweet, I'm sure. But congrats on the little ones that will grow up so quickly. :)
