Sue & Niki - who's on first? Is Lacey gonna beat Fancy?

I have a doctor's appointment (podiatrist) this afternoon, so will be out of pocket. I have a stress fracture in the top of my foot. Guess they'll probably put that ugly blue boot on it. My PCP said she thinks it'll need surgery since I've been walking on it for so long. I'll check in when I get home!

Good luck at the Dr's I am sorry about your foot. I hope he/she will give you good news. Lacey is just laying around and doing much of anything. Except when she heard the cheese drawer open. She loves her cheese.

Good luck Sandy with your dr's appt. maybe you won't need surgery..tell them you are looking out for puppies you don't have time for surgert..j/k

She has not eaten much just a few bits of liver and cheese. Her temp is staying right at 98.6 since 3:30 this morning. And having contractions. This is her first litter so I really dont know what to expect with her. So I think she is getting close it is only her 59th day.

There temp is the same and neither is eating good..hummm but Fancy isn't having contractions. I thought you were due on the 18th too. Here are some new pics of Fancy.

Everytime she has a contraction she starts digging. She will prob make me stay up all night like my other girls do. :(

If she is already having contractions she mightnot wait until the night. Surely she won't have sontractions all day without doing anything.

Nice belly pictures. How many is she going to have? Doc says she only seen three pups but I swear I can feel four but we soon will see....

That would be nice I have never had a female whelp without being up all hours of the night. I think I would be lost and not know what to do. :confused:

I don't know how many she is going to have...she has had puppies before with this male and the vet thought she would be fine without one. I do not know how to feel for them so I didn't want to hurt them. So it is a guessing game for us...My guess is 5. 3 boys and 2 girls. They are moving EVERYWHERE sometimes they come really far out...I have seen a foot and that was so AMAZING!!!! Littlemiss I am hoping for a soon day whelp for you and your sweet girl!!!

sorry to hear about your foot...i too have a stress fracture in my left foot...i have had it for over a year now...it didnt mend back together cause i walked on it too long before i went to the ortho doc.....i wore the boot for almost 12 weeks.....i stopped wearing it after 12 weeks cause it hurt worse to wear the boot than not to and it wasnt mending.....i still have pain....not all of the time...but especially when the weather is changin or if it is damp outside....like now.....good luck with yours
