Allie puppies/April puppies

Ruby is holding her own this morning. She had her belly shaved and is ready to go. Her temp this morning is 99.1, and she ate (very slowly) this morning. She has been out side pottying alot. Still doesn't want to be around anyone, and is hanging out with my husband under his desk. Mucous discharge still present, but no more bloody show.

She looks smaller with her hair gone, but here are her belly pictures.

And Wow! Congrats to Janet and all her lovely babies. So glad mom is doing well and that you got a daytime birth. We really do have a bunch of puppies due on YT....they are stacked like airplanes waiting for their turn to land. HA.

Aren't day whelpings the best? My first one was a day whelp and I am praying the next one is too. Congrats on the babies!!! Keep us updated and post some pics!!

Well I am not sure if Destiny is pregnant or not this time around. She has gained weight and has all the signs but she isn't nearly as big as she was last time. This will be her second litter.

So here are some belly pictures I took of her today. She would have 18 days to go if she is pregnant.

Tinky had 5 kids, 3 girls and 2 boys...posting pics in the nursery now.

I'd have to say that was the best whelp for us ever! (Big sigh of relief!!)

Congrats!! I'm so glad everything went well...that was an easy (and short) whelp! Now you can get some sleep lol.

our sugar is due on april 9th today is day 56, she just wants up with me all the time , has to be lifted up and down, xray showed 3 but there was a shadow behind them so maybe 4, this is her first litter, first small dog litter for us, we also have boxers . we have everything set up for her, have caliucm, heating pad, nutracal, new washcloths for cleaning puppies, nose sucker , unwaxed floss to tie cords off, milk , bottles if needed, oxytocin if she gets stalled, im a human nurse so hope ive covered most of what i'll need. sugar weigths 3lb 14 0z when not pregant and is 5 lbs now my cota the dad is 4lbs

Oh she sure is little I hope she does well.
Has she had xrays yet (its a bit early yet i know)...do you know how many?

Be sure to have an emergency vet...K? just to be safe
