You can't blame the ethical breeders for not wanting to be a part of advising people clearly breeding for the wrong reasons. I really respect the ones doing this for the right reasons. Breeding can be done the right way if someone will just put a little effort into it and be willing to learn. Like Deanna said, you have to think about the dogs and puppies. Even if someone is breeding for the wrong reasons they still know how to properly care for their dogs. If ethical breeders would come on here and voice their knowledge and concerns when questions are asked then I think sooner or later many would be influenced in a good way. Sometimes it does get overwhelming answering the same questions over and over so when it starts getting to you just walk away, take a break. You don't have to reply to every post but if you just help one person then you are doing your part for the betterment of the breed.

Why on earth would anyone want to answer that thread other than to tell the OP to go to the vet, or find a new vet, or something like that. Of course you people burn out if you're intent on controlling everthing and everyone. The OP in the example was an extreme cse of ignorance, negligence, stupidity, other negative stuff all mixed together. The world is full of them, so just walk away....
