| Sure she'll be bred again. Would you shoot the cash cow? You know this lady is seeing dollar signs and she is keeping one of the female pups already. Not waiting to evaluate it at 8 weeks old to see if it will be something that she should add to her breeding program, just hoping that it will be small and produce big litters like her mom. By the time all of this is over our breed will never be the same.

| Relax ....the bitch is NOT four pounds...she is every bit the size of Kate and she is 5 1/2...she might have weighed in at 4 1/2 pounds right after birth, but she has a solid 5 pound frame and I bet she could eat her way to a solid 6 pounds...Becca is 1/3 smaller then that bitch and she is 4 pounds on a very good day..ususally 3 3/4... |

| I do not know the breeder...I looked at the tape..the bitch is not a four pounder IMO...if she is, the breeder has starved her to that weight.. I have an eye for size, a useless talent. I can pick up a dog and tell within 1/4 how much they weight..and looking at the dogs frame is a give away as to what teh weight should be to match the frame.. I have had a number of girls who I consider "over achievers" in the number of puppies department...but none were under 5 to 6 pounds. My Nadine had 4,4,5 then 7 pups..she was barely 6 pounds after a big dinner. Most of my girls are stopped at 4 litters...just my way of doing it...and always before 6 yrs...I like them to go to pet homes while still young and healthy to enjoy a nice, long retirement.... PS...we are know the commentor is wrong...more teh 3 pups in a Yorkie litter is unheard of...what an ignoreant comment...and $2500, no way, teh btich is pet quality and soft coated to boot... | My mentor's 5.5 pounder had a litter of 7 out of Tiffany's line, her first litter was 3 and I believe her last litter was a singleton so you just never know.

| Suzie has bred all her gals to Tiffany's Blue Denim and all of her dogs are out of Tiffany's lines. I like them as well. Beverly and Angel and the neatest old gals, I had the pleasure of having dinner with them back in Dec. Such a wealth of knowledge and experience in a couple of fun loving packages.

| I agree that she doesn't look like a 4 pounder after viewing the video. The puppies don't look exceptionally small either for 4 weeks. From the story it looks like she was hoping for some free publicity to sell her puppies. |

| Hmm, I just got on this site right now to see if I could find some info about breeding and I read the comments here and started having a change of mind. My baby girl is 4.5 pounds and after talking to the vet yesterday I started thinking about finding a male little yorkie and breeding her but now i'm scared. So the risks are high for a little one???

| I think it is sad because she is advertising the mom and the pups as teacups and jacking up the price because the puppies are "teacups". They look like normal sized yorkie puppies to me.

yes,, the risks are GREAT for small females ,, my vet was so relieved when i asked him about spaying for Cricket,, as he said its SO Sad to have to care for tiny females who folks go ahead breed, thinking they'll get tiny babies,, mostly its just heartache for everyone ,, So many difficulities,,

| Anyone who would breed their 4 pound female does not have it's well being in mind. I'll bet the female puppy that she's keeping is tiny as well and she will have her bred as well. Makes me upset thinking about these tiny little girls. Poor little mommy dog. She the one I'd try and save too if I could. |
