| She breeds several different breeds - Yorkies, Labs, Scotties, Shih-tzus, and Schnauzers. She breeds mixed breed dogs on purpose - "shorkies" for sale right now Only pictures some of her studs on her site but not the moms? I recommend you check out the TX breeders on the YTCA's website http://www.ytca.org/breeder4.html#TX

| You might want to read the puppy contract. I found this: If you authorize anything else or authorize medicine to be given such as Front Line or Heartworm prevention contract becomes null and void. I suggest that puppies (weighing less than 3lbs) be at least 5 - 6 months old before making these decisions.

| No way...this site has red flags all over it: * breeding multiple breeds * purposely cross breeding dogs * the way it's set up to buy your dog online and sort them by price--like they are t-shirts or something--just sickens me * They are letting the dogs go and shipping them at 8 weeks * Letting them go w/ full AKC rights, no questions asked * They have pics of the studs, but none of the dams? No pedigree information for any of them? * You should have a checkup performed immediately only consisting of the following: looking at ears, listening to heart and breathing If you authorize anything else including heartworm preventative you void the contract!?!? Yet you also void it if you don't keep the dog on heartworm meds per vet's instructions....WHAT? I say... |

YT Addict | Red Flags!! Ditto everyone else's comments. Three contracts? Maybe im being picky, but she spelled "responsible" wrong in her hypoglycemia contract. A shopping cart? yikes! Puppies aren't disposable merchandise!

| Wow, I didn't realize you could buy straight off her site. I can't believe a breeder would sell a puppy to someone, no questions asked. Reputable breeders are picky picky picky about where their puppies go.

| I had contacted her to try and get more information on her pups and contracts. One of my big concerns was the possibility of voiding the contract if my vet checked for any problems/health issues other than what was stated on the contract. Which didn't seem to cover a full exam. It could have been my frankness, but I really didn't get many straight answers from her. We have relatives that live a short distance from Lipan. I asked if they could stop by and check things out for us. She said they were welcome, but should give her a call before dropping in so she could set up a time. I just didn't get warm fuzzies from our correspondences.

| What in the world!!!! Idk about the breeders here, but its kinda weird how she has an "add to cart" button..... Purchasing a puppy isn't like purchasing some random thing off the internet. |

| Thanks everyone! I was really off-put by the "shopping cart" setup of her website. And my aunt who is a lawyer said there is no way the contract would hold up in court. Just wanted to see if anyone else felt the way I did. Thanks again! |
