Just A Suggestion As I Have Always Tried To Be A Peacemaker I Know You Said You Sold Gracie Cause She Was Poohing In The House But You Also Said You Had Rather Have Her Because Of Your Daughter Maybe This Lady Would Consider Selling Back To You So There Will Not Be Any Conflicts And Her Name And Your Name Not Be Drug Through The Mud...

I Dont Know It Just Saddens Me This Has Happened To Everyone Involved If It Were Me I Would Not Feel Comfortable Keeping The Dog As I Want What Is Best For The Dog.... I Would Want To Prove To You And Everyone Else My Worthyness And Send You The Dog Back So It Was Insured That I Did Not Breed The Dog... That Is Just Me Though...

You said in another post that your roommate breeds these Havanese/Maltese mix puppies. You also said that you do all of the online listings for her because she doesn't know how. I see that your name is next to the phone number (in the contact info line)....does she also not know how to answer the phone?? :rolleyes:

As for your original question....I think that he is wayyyyyyyy too small and you should just go ahead and neuter him. :)

Dont you even have it in your heart to sell Gracie back to the original owner?What is your reasoning for keeping her? That lady put her heart on her sleeve and all she want is for her daughter to have that girl back.

The HavaMalt's are her business, she's free to choose what she wishes to do.... I deal with her "books", records and puppy placements simply because she WANTS me to, and I'm familiar with that aspect of things.... THAT is MY business.... and has NOTHING to do with what I choose to do with MY pups or decisions I make in MY world....

Oh, and I didn't ask whether I should neuter my male or not.... but thank you kindly for your opinion....

In this situation... I guess you could say that....

C'mon.... tell me what person is going to pay for a puppy - receive, bond with, care for and fall in love with that puppy... and then happily agree to give her back because the previous owner decided (out of the blue no less, because Sandy has NEVER said to me that she wanted Gracie back) that her lack of patience with the pup pottying all over her house, lack of time to spend training that puppy and lack of dedication to continue making the effort - is now overtaken by the guilt of her 3 year old saying "Mommy can Gracie come back?"

I can't think of a single soul who'd say... "Oh sure, she'll be on the next plane... hope your little baby girl enjoys having her home!".... sorry... don't think so....

USDA health certificates are what is required to fly ANY puppy... it's a vet certificate documenting that the animal is free of communicable disease and able to be "transported"....

:confused: USDA Certificate for flight?? :confused: The airlines require a vet check certificate, but what does USDA have to do with airline requirements??

The USDA is who requires the "vet check certificate".... anytime you fly a pet, a USDA certificate is what you have.... required by law.... that little pink sheet of paper signed by your vet.... that's a USDA health certificate... you can't fly a pet without one.
