| Question?? Breeders that have advertised pups for sale, you have someone coming to look- someone else contacts you- you say someone is coming to look- they don't come- you get back with 2nd person- they reply back- wanting to put a deposit- 3rd person calls- wants 2 pups- you sell to them and do not ever get back w/ 2nd person? What do you think about this?? do you understand what i am saying?? |

| Well if the money for the deposit was actually given for the puppy then that puppy should be saved for the 2nd person. If it was just talk about a deposit and nothing given to the breeder. That breeder has all the right to sell to the 3rd person giving money. Until that breeder has money in hand that dog isn't really sold. Too many times people back out of the deal and so you have to go with first come first service to the money.

| I'd decide according to which family is best for the puppy. |

| If someone contacts me, we talk, they say they do want a puppy and I agree to sell them a puppy, then I tell them they can mail the deposit but I have to receive it within 3 days for them to reserve a puppy. If I get any calls after that and there are no more puppies available I tell the caller I can take their name and number and get back with them if for some reason the other person does not keep their word. |

| Well, I tell you what happeens around my house. I list puppies for sale, seeveral peole contact me and after the first person, I tell the others i might be getting a deposit but will let them know. That person is very undecided but even goes as far as checking airline flights. I am holding puppy with no deposit until they can be sure they can fly to get it. meantime, several other people do the same thing and it is a mess. finally i get tired of being jerked around and someonee contacts me and wants to send an immediate deposit and lives close enough to pick puppy. By this time, I am so tired of people, I tell the last person to send me an application and if I approve it, send me a deposit TODAY and the puppy is yours. I had five people on here that did me this way on one puppy. I got so tired of being jerked around over one little puppy that I probably won't sell anymore puppies on YT. people who contact me either want the puppy or they don't. maybe the breeder you are speaking of felt jerked around like I did? |

| My breeder doesn't take deposits. We talked for a long time, I drove 3 hours to see the pups, I let her know which one I wanted, and when I offered a deposit she said... I don't take deposits. If some one wants the puppy, they come to get it. She has never had some one say they want a puppy and then not come. I thought she was terrific breeder, and her puppies are beautiful! Here is my Sadie

| Tell you what kills me! I have a waiting list and when time comes to call about the new babies...they all have already gotten a new puppy! When in the meantime I have been turning people away from the waiting list because it is over full! Please people, if you are on a waiting list and cannot wait for your puppy...please notify your breeder. |
