Well if the money for the deposit was actually given for the puppy then that puppy should be saved for the 2nd person. If it was just talk about a deposit and nothing given to the breeder. That breeder has all the right to sell to the 3rd person giving money. Until that breeder has money in hand that dog isn't really sold. Too many times people back out of the deal and so you have to go with first come first service to the money.
