| Ok I may be out of the norm, but I let them eat all of them. None of my moms have ever had any stool issues after delivering. The first stool is usually very dark, but not runny at all. I think it is good for them. I personally about puke when they do it, but I let them. I usually cover my eyes and peek through my fingers to see when they are done.
