OMG!!!! Another Crazy Day

Okay, so let me begin by saying, I thank God I didn't start in smoking after today, LOL.
Okay, woke up to a HOT house, the air conditioner went out. By 9 am it was 85 degrees in here, so everyone had to leave - My hubby took the kids to his parents' and I took the dogs to my parents'. After everyone was settled I drove to the airport to pick up Koda (the Yorkie from Santa Barbara) and his human. We took Koda to my vet, droppped him off, and then took his human to a hotel and got her checked in and settled. I dealt with the air conditioner (It was over 100 degrees in here by 3 pm - finally got it fixed at 5 pm and the temp in the house came down by 10 pm) and roller derby and etc and on the way home from derby practice my vet called me....
Koda had swallowed a MARBLE!!! It was completely stuck in his intestines. Vet said that she wasn't sure what it was by the x-ray and was suprized to find the marble, but got it out (and some other bits of trash) and Koda is now on the road to recovery!!! YAY!!! I am soo happy! I am picking up Koda's human at the hotel tomorrow and we are going to go visit Koda in the hospital. I hope to post pictures tomorrow! I am so glad it went well - it has been a LONG day but I am so glad it has turned out the way it has. I will sleep well tonight!
