Yorkie eating the wall...

My Skooter has been eating pieces of my wall. (pictures attached)
I used to keep Skooter confined to the kitchen area with a little fence, but have since let him lose in the house (I keep the bedrooms closed). Should I confine him again to the kitchen OR should I just start crating him?
I punished him and sent him to bed and he looked at me like saying "what did I do Mom?" (picture attached)
Has anyone experienced this with their Yorkie? Skooter is male, weighs 9 ˝ lbs. and is 9th months old. He has been spayed.
I need help please…!

![]() | Ya gotta love "kids". If I were you I would crate him if I weren't there. Is he on vitamins. Sometimes they will chew from lack of vitamins or boredom. Kennel/confine with a toy. Many will not agree, but I found that if you like "beef ribs", save the bones for baby. take meat off!!! It will keep them happier longer and no chemicals and tiny pieces of "greenies, rawhide, pig ear etc". Just get rid of the bone if it becomes crackled or frayed. |
