Petmart grooming SUCKS!

I took my yorkie puppy today to petsmart to get groomed and they butchered her. I asked for her face to be rounded and its square. They gave her what they call a yorkie premuim which by the way is $46 and she doesn't even look like a yorkie anymore. Also they charged me for a top dog package and I never even got it! She didn't have a bow when she came out and thats pretty much all your paying the $16 for. Which I didn't even want. I was in a rushwhen I picked her up so I never looked at the bill! Never again will I leave without looking at the bill! I am for sure going there and giving them a piece of my mind!

Does anyone know a good place in the west side of Edmonton to get a yorkie groomed??

So much for her looking good for Christmas company

petsmart grooming does suck

Were brought Nikki home and I realized that she didn't look any different so we took her back and while we were waiting we noticed another groomer sticking her finger down another little dogs mouth as a form of disipline...the poor thing was crying and I understand they get nervous but it seemed cruel to me. I am thinking of grooming Nikki myself...the thought of anyone harming her makes me furious!!!!!:animal-pa
