Emir is sick

Emir has a cold and i wanted to know what can i give him to make him feel better without having to go to the vet.

 |  The common cold is considered viral in both humans and canines and there is little a vet can do for the typical symptoms. If it persists and has clearly moved to his bronchials as evidenced by persistant coughing, then I would take him. Until that time, make sure he is kept from drafts and if he is an outside wee wee'r, make sure he is bundled up before going outside. Aspirin can be toxic so dosage is vital. Fever is a body's way of responding to the viral infection and part of the healing process. Another issue is that many puppies get kennel cough as pups that weakens their respiratory system. Be sure to watch this closely if your puppy did, perhaps, have this puppy illness. |
