HELP!! Puppy will not let me sleep

My 3 month old puppy will not let me sleep in the morning. He falls asleep on my bed, but jumps off during the night to pee and then stays in his bed for the rest of the night. Everyday at 7 am he wakes up and starts whining and scratching the bed (he is too small to jump on the bed by himself). He winn run around the bed and whine until I put him on the bed. But when I do he wants to play not sleep.
What can I do to make him stop whining ??? (yelling only stops him for 2 minutes)

 | Buy pet stairs. I bought a set for my toy poodle when he hurt his hip. My yorkie puppy loves them! He is the same way in the mornings! If you keep him awake later at night & have him run around a bit before you decide to go to bed, he should sleep in a bit later. |

| |  Sasha does the same thing minus the sleeping in her own bed. I have a childs step stool (winnie the pooh) i originally put it at the end of my bed for my nephew, but she liked the idea lol. Every morning at 7 she wakes me up to potty. Then i try to lay back down. I leave the door open, its a bit hard to sleep with me door open and her running back and forth. But if I shut it in the morning, every little noise makes her nervous. She likes to lay in bed and either attack my feet or kiss me. I usually will play with her fora few and then she will relax and go to sleep. |
