Happy day:)

So today is an "up" day for me. My terrific hubby got a new Yorkie baby for me to love and spoil... Yay! His name is Prince Charlie. He's a reall doll baby. He's a bit bigger than I had planned on but he's a real heart warmer.

Still dealing with "empty nest", at least that's what my Mom calls it. I heard back from the furbaby rescue yesterday, they have my home visit planned soon so I might be able to start fostering soon. That'll be great! I'm looking forward to helping out I really want to do that to honor the memory of my little Lilly girl.

I've finally started writing. It's something I've always wanted to do just never took the time to before. I've written 2 pieces so far, just prose type things. But we'll see, maybe I'll get a book written someday Well, we finally have some weekend plans...Yay! We're going to take my little girl out to the local fair this evening. That should be fun It's been quite a while since we've actually done anything/gone anywhere. So looking forward to it. Afraid I won't be taking Charlie with us though. I think it would be too much for him just yet. So, he'll stay home and play with the kitten, they've become fast friends Ta for now and have a great day everyone.
