Fussy Eater

I have a 7 month old yorkie that is VERY fussy when it comes to food. What she will eat one day, the next day she won't. And crunchies....doesn't want any (and I know this is bad). I cook liver for my 8 year old maltese but did not want to start doing this for Mysti as I don't really know how wholesome it is. Can anyone give me suggestions for feeding her and tell me if you have similar problems. She will eat anything that she sees me eating, but there is no way I'm putting dog food in my mouth.
