Have any of you guys had ur yorkie drink that antibotic metronidazole?????

I have one that is either on Metro or Tylan nearly straight time for SIBO in conjunction with EPI. I had my vet write a prescription that I could fill at my local pharmacy. It tastes much better than what the vet has. Also when you give it, you need to put the syringe on the side of the mouth between the cheek and the teeth, in the back of the mouth. It seems as if they don't choke on it as easily. At least that is my opinion. Good luck. ~Joanne~
