pee problem...

my lil girl lexy which she turn 4 months.. has a pee problem but it seems to only happen when she is in my bed!! 
she is potty trained when she is on the floor she will go to her pee pee pad... and do her business.. but when she in on top of my bed.. and needs to go pee she just goes and does it.. any ideas of what i can do? what i can use.. so my bed wont smell like pee.. I do clean it.. as fast as i notice she just did.. and at the same time i dont want to restrict her from jumping on my bed when my 1 1/2 yr old yorkie is just there laying...
