| | Maybe stop putting the wee wee pad in the house and when you walk her outside leave the wee wee pad on the ground. Maybe she's getting confused as to where she should do what??????? My father always said to crate train is best because they get confused when you train them to go in the house on a pad and then outside....My 2 yorkies chewed there wee wee pad into pieces too so I stopped putting them down. I bought them for car rides so I wouldn't get wee wee stains on my seat and my girl is a little bit trained so she pees on them...I just wanted to protect the seats just in case but I'll have to hide the wee wee pad under a towel or something. I've had my male 5 days and he whimpers to go out already!!! He's a smarty pants...anyway, good luck. |

| | I can tell you that Yorkie's love anger management in the form of paper shredding. Everyone of my eight over the last 20 years have shred paper. My son used to have to go into school and tell them, "My dog ate my homework," being entirely honest about it. I can also tell you that some of the pads are treated with an attracting chemical which may be inducing this behavior. Try switching brands. I would, however, encourage outdoor pee pee. I put the pads down when weather does not permit otherwise. Good luck with your baby and watch out for fallen papertowels... Lisa, Lilly & Jesse |
