signs of first heat?

Hi everyone,
My name is Brianne, and I have a yorkie who is 6 months old and her name is Bella. She has had diarrhea for the past 3 days, but she is still her bubbly self. She has been eating and playing like she is not sick at all. I gave her some rice with her food to help solidify her diarrhea but it didn't help. I also have been giving her some Pedialyte mixed with water so she does not get dehydrated. I was wondering if this could be happening because she may be reaching her first heat, is this possible?
