holy cow..i am sooo shocked to see burmese on this forum..haha..burmese are hard to find even the half ones..lol..i am 100% burmese born in burma but rasied here. I can speak it but can't write or read much..only like the preschool level..sigh..so ashamed! my hubby is vietnamese raised here..he's worse cuz he can't read or write. He can speak a little but i usually see confusion on vietnamese people's faces when he talks..lol

It started in 2005...and still going!

I'm 100% chinese. So is my hubby and my kids. Born and raised in California. No reading or writing and we speak Chinglish

Ditto, I'm 100% Chinese and was born/raised in New York City but now currently living in New Jersey. I guess I can get by with speaking mandarin. I'm guess I'm still a YT newbie. I picked up my furbaby this past March and she's my first yorkie.

Just seeing this thread. I am 100% Chinese but only speak very broken "family" chinese. Cannot read or write. Born in New York but have lived in MD for over 15 years. Hot Rod is my first yorkie and dog ever.
