hey am from manila...

NW & KLM allow pets to be checked in and hand carried, even on international flights..so far they are the only airlines to do so. BUT there are rules ofcourse, one of which is that your dog is the only in the cabin..

i once bought a dog from korea (well not me my dad), and i hand carried him..charges are the same for excess luggage (regardless if you have exceeded the allotted weight limit or not)
