| ![]() the back half of maggie's hair is curly. i try and try and try to brush and dry it after her baths...trying to smooth it so it lays down. but it just doesn't work. the front half of her is typical yorkie hair...straight, silky, smooth, and lays down GREAT. the back half of her is poodle hair LOL is there ANYTHING I can do... short of taking my straightening iron to her LOL j/k I don't think i could ever do that LOL

| ![]() I think it's adorable. Maybe as it gets longer the weight will straighten it some.

| ![]() You know, my Remy has the same thing the front half is straight but the back half is wavy. Shes nine months old now, I have noticed that the straight hair area is slowly replacing the curly stuff so it may just take a while . In the meantime instead of bedhead she has bedbutt! ....HAHA! ![]() Eileen |

No Longer a Member | ![]() Chloe's hair does that on her rump too! But she has way way less hair than Maggie. I wash her with Cranberry fields shampoo and conditioner, (finishing up with cowboy magic leave in) then while I"m blowdrying her, I brush it straight. It still is a little wavy when I'm done, but it is better. |

| ![]() I hate to tell you this but one of mine has beautiful thick true silky hair. But his behind is curly. He's now 5 years old!! Still curly! It does do better longer not quite so much curl, but it is still there! I tried cutting hiim down to a shorter cut last Christmas. Wow! It curled even more!! I hope yours does grow out of it, but I wouldn't count on it.

| ![]() I know they sell products to straighten curls and waves, but I think it looks so cute! You can just tell people the front half is Yorkie and the back half is Poodle. ![]() |
