|  I got a brand new yorkie today! Hello Everyone I am so excited to tell you all my great news. I got a beautiful yorkie girl today. I have been waiting and waiting and waiting. Well you know how it is when you think that you have the perfect breeder, only to find out they they were lying about most everything they told you. Here's my story...I decided in mid 2005 that a yorkie is the pet that I wanted. After interviewing several breeders in the SW Georgia area I found one and thought that she was great. I was scheduled to pick up my little Chloe on Dec 24, 2005. A few days before I was suppose to pick her up the breeder sent me pictures and I was in shock. The puppy that she said was 10 weeks old was 4lbs 12oz almost 5lbs!!  I decided against it because I was expecting a smaller puppy. I am not one of these people who are infatuated with the size of small yorkie, but I want what I pay for. This time around I decided to go with a friend of mine who was breeding her pet. Which brings me to now. I named her Beauty and when you see her you will know exactly why I named her that. She is 8 weeks old and the sweetest thing you have ever seen. |  How wonderful. I'm so excited for you. Congrats and I can't wait to see her. I leave in 20min to pick up my puppy....I can barely sit still

vet dont think she will get any bigger in height but maybe in width but maybe up to 6 possibly 7 lbs. He thinks she has pretty much quit growing, I hope he is right. lol

| Ok! Now you guys, she has me wraped around her little finger. Last night I was about to take her out to relieve herself and my slipper wasn't on properly so i sat her on the couch to fix it which took all of 2.5 nano seconds...When I reached for her she was peeing on the couch! If anybody knows me they know that I am a clean freak. But for some STRANGE reason, this didn't faze me one bit! I only apolygized to her for not taking her out in time. I love her she is sooooooo spoiled already!!! Tameika and Beauty |

| Congrats on your new furbaby! I've only had mine for a month, but I can tell I'll be looking for a playmate for her eventually. Yorkies are the perfect addition to a house! |

| You kinda sounded like me when I went to pick out my pup. I didn't want a small one and I didn't want to large of one either. I went to pick one out of a liter that were 5 weeks old. When I got there, the breeder told me about a pup that was 10 weeks old and he didn't sell on the internet, and he didn't want to keep him much longer. I felt horrible for the lil guy. So I said I'd take a look at him as well. I got there and of course the guy had alot of dogs. I looked at the liter of 5 week olds. It's so hard to pick a pup when they are still so young. Then he showed me the 10 wk. old. Right then and there I fell in love. He was so dang cute. He was so scared and he kissed me as soon as I held him. I had to have him. I wish I had the chart for sizing then. He didn't look like a big puppy or anything. The breeder told me that he would probably be around 7lbs which was great for me. Well he is 10 lbs now @ 1 yr old. He is long and has long legs. For my next one, I'm gonna take my time and wait for the perfect pup. I still love Louie to death. I feel like I rescued him out a bad situation. And he shows me how much he appreciates what he has here.

| Welcome to yorkie talk Congrats on your new baby girl.You are a great mommy for not yelling at her for peeing on your sofa. They cant hold it for long at this age.Take a lot of pictures they grow-up so fast   .
