The weather was so GORGEOUS today!

So we set out to take pics of the girls in Texas' famous bluebonnet flowers. We saw tons of people taking pictures on the sides of the highway, but I didn't want to risk it, putting the dogs out there so close to speeding cars. Then I heard there was a large field of bluebonnets behind the George Bush presidential library here in town, so we went over there. Had a lovely walk around...saw many people taking pictures. Never found any bluebonnets, but the dogs had fun anyway.

PS: Rosie and Luma are both safely leashed in all these pics. Using Photoscape, I (crudely) photoshopped their leashes out of the pics incase I wanted to print and frame any of these.

Aw, the girls are so pretty.. love how they are balancing on that pole like a couple of pro's. I love that last one of Rosie how she is peaking around the corner.

They both look beautiful . . I agree I love the pic of Rosie peaking around the corner. And the tongue one of Luma males me giggle. . . . Even a little hot mess does not make her any less beautiful

What beautiful girls!!

Oh my goodness, Rosie reminds me soooo much of Khloe! She has a very similar coloring, but silky hair instead of the cottony coat that Miss K has.

Love your pictures of those two gorgeous girls! Looks like a fun day was had by all.

I saw a small patch of early or stunted-looking bluebonnets today beside the highway. The ones I saw were not that pretty yet but then we haven't had that much rain lately either.

Hope you find some bluebonnets to safely pose those two beauties in. They are naturals at posing.
