| Banning Thread Dictator Donating Member  |  Eddie goes to swim therapy (video) I never would have thought 9-year-old Eddie would give swimming a chance, but this new place that opened in town absolutely rocks. The staff was sensitive to his scaredy-cat tendencies and turned what could have been a traumatic experience for a first-time swimmer into something bordering on fun. He was so excited afterward at what he'd accomplished. Can't wait to go again.

| Wow, he's doing great! I forget ... which leg did he have surgery on? I sure can't tell from the way he is using them.

| Banning Thread Dictator Donating Member | It was his back right this time. Four years ago he had the other one done. At 8 weeks after surgery, he was still favoring it just a bit. But we're at 10 weeks now, and I hardly see any difference.

| That was soo wonderful to watch how they worked with him and how he adapted so quickly, so trusting of the staff!!! Makes you almost tear up with pride for him....! |

| Wow, they were both amazing! He did so well!! And she was so patient with him...giving him time to be totally comfortable before taking him in the big pool. I had to watch it twice.

I have a feeling it's going to turn into an extra activity for him Just so you know, I can't get the "fish, fish" tune outa my head  Great choices for the video!
