|  Luma got SHAVED! Luma got her first grooming today!!! I have been going back and forth trying to decide what to do with her, she loves to get dirty at the dog park, and she mats realllly bad on her sides and legs. So...we decided that since it's summer in Texas, and we're gonna do lots of fun stuff with her this summer, we'd let her be comfortable. I was afraid I'd hate it, but I must say...I LOVE IT!!! She loves it too!! She is so incredibly soft. Like silky velvet. She went from black to now gleaming silver, she looks so darn cute! I miss her cuddly puppy look, but this was the best option for everyone, and I gotta say she is rockin' this look. It's the best of both words: She still has her cute, girly topknot, but she can get down and dirty all she wants and mama is okay with it!!  Yay! What do y'all think? Don't be too mean, I know the shaved look isn't for everyone   Oh, and I loved the groomers! We got the recommendation from a YTer who used to live here. Thanks MyFairLacy!!! We  Wiggles n Wags!!! The place was sooo cute, and had tons of dresses, harnesses and leashes all blinged out, cute carriers, bows, fancy dog treats, ugh...I wanted to buy everything!  Luma did great. She was a little wiggly, but mostly behaved and they sent her home with the cutest little Doggy Report Card. She got all A's! Wooo!!

|  I think little Luma could be nakey or wearing a potato sack, and still be cute as a button! Gizmo got a close cut for summer too, he's too active!

| Awww, she looks cute & cool for warm weather. Will be a snap to bathe her now! And so easy to do tick/flea inspections.

| Thanks everyone!! She is such a happy camper I am actually looking forward to bathing her now...it's gonna be so quick and easy. She still looks adorable. I love how shiny she is, it's literally almost blinding in the sun to look at her coat.

| She's a keeper alright! She did look so happy in that picture! I may get Tibbe shaved like that. He loves it when I cut his hair very short so he'd probably LOVE the suave shave look on his dude self.

| Luma looks like a doll!! I love the shaved look with the longer face and topknot. I keep my guys like this except the leg hair which I keep long (if it weren't for my DH that would be short too )

| Luma is so adorable. Personally, I love the cut. Princess just got it today-super shaved body & longer face/head hair today. I've been looking forward to it all winter. You're going to love how easy it is!

| Awww, she looks SO cute I keep my girls fairly short too, as they both hate to be brushed. Less hair=less fighting with me at grooming time She'll be super cool this summer

| aww, she looks so happy, she's smiling in the second pic. hmmm, i wonder if ziggy is all silver underneath like Luma, because his coat is black like luma's before pic.. i guess i'll never know
