| Donating YT 7000 Club Member | hmm...I wonder if there's any more to that story or if they're honestly rehoming him just because of a fenced in yard. Anyway, good luck to this owner. But potential buyers, just be cautious.

| I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Yeah, that's what I was thinking, you don't really need a fenced yard with a yorkie.

| Who would want to keep their baby outside anyway? Surely not in the desert anyway!!! I do know a girl who kept hers outside all of the time and I happened to stop by her house and it was unbelievable, it had so much hair (it was snowy winter out) that it barely looked like a yorkie. She told me the other day that she "finally found someone to buy it". I barely let my babies out to go potty!!! |

| Actually you do need a block wall fence in the desert because of all the coyotes. The coyotes are very brazen and are use to people and will come up to homes and people within 500 feet. These people don't want to have to go out with their little one so hopefully someone will take this dog for his own safety. I think it is sad.

My parents live in a very populated community, they have a 'wall' that surrounds their backyard. They DO NOT bring the dogs into the full backyard at night, they have a system for night potty, only right outside the back door, they have an expen area, all the lights go on and they have noise makers and are on alert, anything seems funny and back inside they go. So, I can really see the concern about the fenced in backyard in AZ | |

| Well, I went to vail to look at some custom homes..in the desert preserves..no fencing..and it is quite dangerous..even though you may not leave your dog out. You can never have your dog outside for one minute..Coyotes, snakes, javalina, hawks and scorpions. My husbands aunts' mini pincher was grabbed by a hawk and dropped. He lived but had horrible injuries from the fall. This was in las sendas (Mesa) not very rural. So I too, passed on the custom with no fencing because of the fact of not having a safe place for my future pup to play. |

| Alot of times people flag the craig's list listings before most people get to even see the post. My Mom was actual able to quickly forward these to me to post here before they got flagged ![]() My parents live in AZ and my Mom likes to look online for Yorkies that need homes in her area, that's all |

| I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | I guess it depends where you live in Arizona, but I saw way more coyotes in California than I have in Arizona. I still haven't seen one here. I just mean that you don't need a fenced yard for a yorkie because you can use pee pads. Many people live in apartments, without yard access and although we have a fenced yard, Joey isn't big on playing in it, although he does like barking at all the ducks. Ckuz13 - your the one looking for a yorkie!
