Hi everyone. This is my first post. I have browsed your great forum. I am looking for a female yorkiepoo as a gift for my daughter-in-law. We live in central Louisiana, but are willing to travel to maybe Texas, Mississippi, or somewhere not too far. If anyone knows of someone who has a female, please e-mail me with info. She does not have to have papers, as she will strictly be a pet. Thanks!

A yorkiepoo can not have papers it is a mix breed {mutt}. Lily is one though and I love her to death she is a great pup.

Hi! Welcome to YT, I have a yorkie poo (but he came from a pet store before I knew about puppy mills).

I haven't found any reputable yorkie poo breeders that do all the health screenings, so my best suggestion would be to check on petfinder.com

They always have lots of yorkie poodle mixes who need great homes and many are usually young or puppies

Yorkie Poos are very cute! I hope you find the one you're looking for!

Definitely check into rescues and shelters on PF.

I have a yorkie poo boy who was adopted. I don't think most reputable breeders would breed "yorkiepoos" since they are basically a mutt.

Please check petfinder.com for yorkie mixes and poodle mixes (there are a lot of yorkie/poodle mixes on there). There are puppies, adults, and older dogs in need of homes. No reputable breeder intentionally breeds mixed breed dogs...only byb's and puppymills do that purposely. So if you really want this specific mix, look into rescue.

It's interesting how none of them look remotely similar to one another. I guess that's typical of a mix.

This is my yorkie poo

He looks more poodle than yorkie to me

, but he has fine yorkie hairs running through the poodle hair, it's so funny!

He is pretty! I like the big fluffy ones.

Don't want to turn this into a heated debate....
Is a dog something your DIL has been considering for a while, and is ready to take on the care? Check your local yorkie rescue org. they occassionaly get mixes.

You would be surprised what a hard time we are having finding a reasonably priced Yorkiepoo! They are now considered "Designer" dogs, and the prices are outrageous. Most breeders have them priced more than their pure Yorkies.
