| Radio Station Giving Away A Yorkie Puppy I'm not sure if this is the right section to post this but it just made me sick to see this radio station giving away a yorkie puppy as a prize. Hot 107.5 is a hip hop radio station in Detroit that has paired up with Woof Woof Puppies to give a pure bred yorkie puppy away as a prize. Woof Woof 3@3 | Hot 107.5 Giving a puppy to a random winner is completely irresposible. Chances are the puppy will go to an owner who will turn around and sell it for their own profit. How is this good for a puppy? Please tell Hot 107.5 that this type of giveaway is unaccaptable. Why not use your reach to showcase one of the many needy animals in one of the local shelters or rescues? http://www.change.org/petitions/hot-...are-not-prizes

| Breeders are frequently contacted and asked if they will either donate a puppy for a raffle at a church, or as a door prize at charitable events or anything along those lines. When I read things like this, my IMMEDIATE question is WHO was the breeder that donated the puppy to the event to use as a prize? THAT is where the fault and disguist should be placed, right at the breeder's feet. I hope someone digs enough to find out who the breeder is......I am sure it has to be a puppy mill or a BYB'r. No reputable, ethical, responsible breeder with a drop of integrity, would donate a living soul to a company as a door prize....there is no concern or care shown by the breeder , as to what this baby's future will be....they could care less....go after the breeder......THAT is who should be held accountable for this injustice. |

| I saw that on Facebook and find it totally disgusting. Hopefully, the radio station and the puppy mill people are getting more negative attention than they thought possible. The real loser is the puppy of course. Last edited by Lisa and Pic; 02-25-2014 at 02:21 AM. |

| The woof woof place also tries to breed and sell the tiniest animals they can. In the mean time what about the poor puppy.

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Wow. Disgusting. Like a puppy is just some door prize to be tossed to the random winner. DISGUSTING. How IGNORANT can the people at this radio station BE? To tell me there is not ONE person there who could put together that this is just plain wrong? *shaking my head*
