I just went through the Yorkie Haven Rescue site to place an order on Amazon but no where did my confirmation say anything about Yorkie Haven Rescue getting any kind of credit. Has anyone else gone through YHR to order from Amazon? Did you get any kind of notification that YHR was involved in your order?

I buy quite a few books and you can tell it is going throough if you look at the address at the top of the page. I think Linda told me that she gets a small check from them regularly.

When you connect, just take a look at the url window. It will have Yorkie Haven Rescue in that url.....here is what it looks like:

My DH orders alot off E bay and Amazon. He now has strict instructions to go through Yorkie Haven Rescue whenever he orders something. I feel bad that we haven't been doing this in the past. We will be mending our ways in the future.

Couple of questions

Lou when you are saying gift cards are you meaning any type of gift card (like to restaurant) or just pet related? When do you need them by? I put a certain amount towards charity each month and if you didn't need them for awhile could send a few each month!

Also-thanks for letting me know about amazon...I don't do a lot of shopping from there but will now make a more concerted effort to go through YHR and see if what I need to be can be found on amazon!!!

I have a shortcut on my desk so I don't even have to go to YHR. I just went there and clicked on the link then created a shortcut.

I would say June...we need to get things in order so we can make the flyer and get it out in advance. Last year we cut it too close and a few people missed out and were disappointed. My vet's office was one.

We have not set a date yet...but I am guessing the cut off will be around June 15th
