The case is SUPPOSE to be decided by the end of this month. I think they are a holes for putting this family through this!! I will post if I get any updates. I have been involved and following it for some time now and get updates as they come on my FB. Elaine

...this states that the final appeal application they submitted was REFUSED on January 13th of 2012 (just 2 short weeks ago).

Mrs. Barnes (the Mrs of the family loved by Lennox) CAN apply to a judge of the Court of Appeal within 14 days of the refusal...the last day for that would be TODAY actually. The only reason she is allowed to do this is because the county court judge refused to state a case.

The next vital court date is January 26 (yesterday)

Still no update

I sent one last email & told them they could send Lennox to me & it would cost much less then they have spent on him to date. I have not gotten a response. Imagine that .

As of yesterday it appears that poor Lennox is still alive & now they are trying to change the laws regarding Bull dogs & Bull dog mixes. Basically trying to cover their A$$ because they know good & well that they messed up BAD. I sent letters to everyone on the list Again this A.M. So PLEASE people , don't give up & keep sending letters.

If they pass a law against Bulldogs, they will then pull every owned Bulldog & Bulldog mix out of their Loving homes & destroy them as well.
That's a whole lotta dogs being murdered all because of Ignorance.

Next they will go after Labs as Lennox is a Bulldog Lab mix.
