Now that mommy has taken over (whew!) I have had a little time to relax and enjoy. Mommy was in need of a day at the spa...so I bathed her and gave her a quick trim. Scout is a singleton sadly we lost the other little girl. My story is in the breeder section titled "Please Help = (" If you would like to know a bit more.
Scout is doing great and is exactly 8 days old today. She weighs 9oz as of tonight! She is growing right before our eyes. I am so overjoyed that God unexpectedly brought her into our lives. We love her dearly and she is hear to stay!
We named her Scout because that is my favorite little girl character in "To Kill a Mocking Bird" She was brave and strong and we see that in our little Scout. Anyway her is the picture... I have one of daddy too (we can't forget him!!)

To Kill A Mockingbird?? I thought I was the only person on earth that liked that movie...it's at the top of my favorites list!! Scout is certainly an appropriate name for your little girl and I hope she continues to do well...congratulations!

Thank you... I think they are pretty cute too

We are doing better and better everyday. Does anybody know what age I should start introducing little baby to daddy? I have let him smell the puppy. Daddy seems to be scared of the little one... which is hilarious considering how small she is! Anyhoo, since we are keeping her I just wandered when would be a good time to let them interact a little (with our supervision of course).

How sweet! I named my Scout after "To kill a mockingbird" too, although he is a boy. Jem Finch just didn't have the same ring.

Love the name, baby is precious...so is momma!

Scout is now 13 days old and doing great. She is 12.5 oz and gaining everyday so far

Here are some pictures of our new snuggle bug

She is getting to be quite the wiggle worm... it is harder to take a good picture. Kind of like my kids

She opened an eye!!!! I thought they would just naturally open together... she is 16 days old today. Is there anything I have to do? So far I have let them be... I did notice mom licking her face more this morning...

Yay an eye is open!! Its normal for one to open and the other will soon follow hehehehe...your pics are just adorable!!

My gosh I was looking back at the hundreds

of pictures I have taken of this little one and I can't believe how much she has changed. She still seems so little yet when you look back she fit in one hand... now as wiggly as she is it takes two

She is now 14.8 oz... almost a pound!

I just thank God that he brought her to us. I can't imagine life without her now
