Had a Match today!! Well, we just got back a little while ago and had all three at the Match (All Breed). What a busy day! We had such a great day - for being soooo windy! Remember Keekee? I wasn't going to show her becasue of her kissing the air thing. LOL Well, today was her first time in the ring and on grass! She took Best of Breed and Best in Group! The judge just loved her! I am so glad I listened to you all and the owner of the stud I was going to use for telling me to show her. Thank you! We have more shows to come - Albany next! Even Gigi did really well for her first time out. I had a junior handler helping me and what a great job she did - both of them. She really knew how to handle Gigi. T.

Yes, confirmation. My junior handler (her mom and I are friends) does Rally too, but not me. I have had thoughts of doing Agility someday, but need to get confirmation down first. LOL T.

Shirley - The Marietta show is Oct. 28th and 29th at Jim Miller Park. They also have shows on the Thursday and Friday before, but I won't be there since it is a weekday. My friend's daughter the junior handler - will be helping me too. She needs the practice and is so good with Gigi. Next weekend is Albany show. I would have to look up Nashville to know when it is. Maybe Becki knows. Yesterday was just a Match. We do have professional judges and all. Thank you all for your support and well wishes. It is hard having to start all over again. I have missed so much those some 20 years being away from showing. I have had to learn and work so hard and still have a long ways to go. T.

I forgot to add - Many of the people there yesterday were Speciality and Multi Group winners at shows, so for Kee to get her Group win was a real honor. I was really proud of her. T.

Just wanted to let you guys know that Kee (the one I decided to wait to breed and show instead) took 1st out of 3 for her class in Albany on Saturday. Then on Sunday Gigi tool first against 2 for her puppy class. This was both Kee's and Gigi's first show. Easy took 2nd for her open class and almost got Reserve. I had too many to show myself, especially winning and my hubby, new to this. was not up to par with being ready to go back into the ring. I had also told him I thought we were done with Easy and not to worry. Boy was I wrong! I had Gigi in for winners and my hubby had to try and bring Easy to me and we were suppose to switch so I would have Easy. Well, someone standing in the sides helped us when she noticed my hubby having a hard time and grab Easy and took her in for us. I think she was a professional handler. Well, Easy took one look and saw me. That was all it took and she acted up - spinning, jumping, doing everything she could to get to me while in the ring. I should have switched with her and even had it in my plans to do, but got caught up in the moment and just let things stay as they were. Now I could kick myself. What a show!! LOL Everyone felt so bad for us. Well, we have Kennesaw/Marietta this weekend. I don't expect to get points, since both are young (Gigi and Kee). But it is fairly local and good for practice. Shirley - my hubby will be there and I do have my junior handler helping. If you come to the show - just help us keep things straight. LOL
