| Ugh...I seriously cannot stand looking at these posts today. How depressing. Any ideas of someone who can help this one? I honestly do not know anyone in southern IL except for family who don't "get" rescue.

| Maybe YTNR? The boarders are all very close down that way. I should have stayed off Petfinder last night

And...yes, Petfinder is a dangerous place. But...sometimes just seeing one and posting it could save a life!

| about scrunchie okay guys i live 15 min from MV. i called the shelter just now (9:16 am central time). they are taking her to the vet to find out if she has any problems today at 2:30. ruth at the shelter told me that there is someone interested in scrunchie, but she (the possible adopter) wants to know what problems the poor girl may have before she makes a decision about giving scrunchie a forever home. ruth is supposed to call me back and let me know something for sure. i don't know that i am in the position to offer her a forever home either but i would be willing to get her and keep her until someone can get her or a rescue could pick her up as I understand that this shelter is a kill shelter, time is of the essence and everyone is very busy. I'll keep you updated.... |
