| Need to rehome a 2 year old male yorkie in N.W. Alabama We have a AKC male yorkie that we need to rehome, He is a great little dog just need more time and attention than I can give him.He has allergies so though he is cute at the moment he is not very pretty. This picture is from this past Christmas but his hair does not look lik ethis at the time. He weighs 12 pounds so he is one of the larger ones.We are in Jasper Alabama, I have him on craigslist ( someone from there pointed me here) I have got lots of calls but people say they can not afford the fee, most start to tell me how they are on fixed income which I understand but I need to know he will go where he will be able to have vet visits. He is great with kids and is mostly quiet untill the doorbell rings. Rehome fee 200 contact me if interested. |

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Craig's list has lots of dog brokers trying to buy a dog for nothing and reselling it. Has he been fixed? I think you will find someone who will try to use him as a stud if not, and with his allergies problems, this will probably be passed to offspring. I noticed you are new to Yorkietalk, and there is lots of help available for dogs with allergy problems as well as those with behavior problems. So if your thinking about keeping him, feel free to post some of your other concerns on the other forums. Good luck with finding him a good home.

| He's beautiful! Like Nancy, I'm wondering if he's been neutered? If not, please get him fixed so someone won't take him and breed him to a female and pass along his allergies to puppies. Is he on meds or a special diet for his allergies? These are things a person thinking of adopting him will want to know. If I lived closer, I think (against my hubby's wishes) I'd nab him up! I'd love to have a little boy. All the best to your little guy and you Tammy

| Okay I have had people come by, but I have not had the heart to let him go. I am just scared that no one would love him like me. If I am feeling this way should I just keep him and try and get through the issues with him? |
